Method

A 3 µl injection is made onto a BioBasic 8 Thermo Scientific column and run on a linear water / acetonitrile gradient, both phases modified with 0.1 % trifluoroacetic acid. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry against the calculated free-base mass. Each report carries the analysing technician’s name and a verification code.
